Dallas Penn & Rafi Kam are back! It's been way too long since I have last seen a video from these guys.
I didn't realize it was so short. I assumed it was through winter. You can blame my ignorance on the fact that I have never cuffed anyone or been cuffed. You learn something new everyday, I guess.
