IVORY DOME GIVES YOU KEZIAH JONES

Keziah Jones aka Olufemi Sanyaolu is that cool cat that everyone wants to be friends with( well I do!). He sings, he plays the piano and the guitar, his beats keeps you moving and his lyrics are all sorts of soulful . He's been a favourite for a while especially during my acoustic guitar loving days. The Nigerian clearly draws from afrobeat past (See Fela) and delivers an infectious sound. Check out this great talent on Blufunk Is a Fact, African Space Craft, Liquid Sunshine, Black Orpheus and his latest, Nigerian Wood.

Good luck finding his cd in the US.....I've yet to find a store willing to order. I do have liquid sunshine, but I'm dying for his newer albums

@Mutt Have you tried ordering them through Amazon? If you are willing to spend the money they do import a fair amount of his stuff.

hey, thanks, I actually hadnt thought of that. I like supporting the local record shops, but....I think I'll make an exception this time!
