J.Period & K'Naan: The Messengers (Deluxe Edition)

Earlier this month I posted their 3 part mixtape series (Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3), but now they have decided to release a deluxe edition:

J.Period & K'NAAN present their final offering: The Messengers (Deluxe Edition), a long-play version of their epic trilogy, including previously unreleased bonus tracks and selected 12" singles. Taking hip hop fans on an unprecedented journey into the legacies of Fela Kuti, Bob Marley and Bob Dylan, The Messengers has racked up over 85,000 downloads/plays in only a few short weeks online, making this mixtape a bonafide phenomenon. The Messengers is already being called “one of the year’s best albums or mixtapes” by top hip hop journalists, including HipHopDX.com.

Bonus Content:

The Great Depression (Dylan Tribute)
Take A Minute [J.Period Fela Remix]
Tom Thumb's Blues [J.Period Dylan Remix]
Don't Think Twice [Messengers Remix]
Stir It Up [Messengers Remix]
Got My Dream [Messengers Remix]

*** If you've already downloaded the mixtapes as I've posted them, then you can just cop the Bonus Songs.
